Booking Changes:

For online bookings, you can cancel your booking via your email confirmation and click "Manage Booking" at the end of your email

Why Deposits?:

Deposits help us to ensure that we have adequate seating and staffing, and it also reduces the risk of no-shows or last-minute cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperationDeposits will be deducted off your final bill

Dress Code:

We kindly request a STRICT glam, smart and casual dress code policy for our evening seatings after 6pm.

No Sportswear, Tracksuits or Caps will be permitted. Management have the right to refuse entry.

Do you accept walk ins?

Walk-ins are welcome depending on availability.

Is there a car park?

Free car park at Sainsbury's (2 Hours) it's 2 minutes walk away to the restaurant. There is also parking available all around the Hub. (Check for pay and display)

What is the maximum numbers of people can I book online?

We have a maximum booking number of 7 guests per reservation online

What is the Bottomless Brunch Policy?

  • Saturdays: 12pm to 4pm (Last Entries 2pm)

  • Sundays to Fridays: 12pm to 5pm (Last Entries 3pm)

  • Maximum of 2 hour slot per booking for all bottomless guests

  • Bottomless bookings for groups may be limited due to busy times please call to discuss and confirm

  • Late arrivals will reduce the time you have at bottomless brunch.

  • Guests will have to stick to their option of drinks.

  • In order to order another drink from the bottomless menu, you would have to finish your glass

  • Last drink orders will be 15 minutes before your 2 hour time slot finishes

Is your meat halal?

Yes, it is halal

Are children allowed?

Children are more than welcome at DeRoka, but the restaurant will be adult-only after 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays

Are pets allowed?

Only guide dogs are allowed.

What are your opening hours?

Sundays - Thursdays
Opening Hours: 12pm - 11:00pm
Kitchen Closes: 10:00pm

Bar Closes 10:30pm

Is there a disabled toilet?

Yes there is disabled toilet.

Can I bring my own cake or decorations?

Yes, you can bring your own cake and decorations.

How can i pay my final bill?

You can pay your final bill by Visa, all Debit cards, MasterCard, American Express and in Cash.

Do you have a service charge?

Yes a discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your final bill.

General Bookings & Restaurant Policy:

  • Tables are allocated 1.5 hour seating policy per reservation for parties of up to 10 guests and 2 hours for parties of over 10

  • Late arrivals for all bookings will reduce the time you have at your table

  • Kindly also note that bookings that arrive more than fifteen minutes late will be classed as a walk-in and not guaranteed an immediate table
